David S. “Dave” Watkins started on the ground floor with the BMS organization in 1987 when it was created to address the requirements of Chapter 7 trustees. Mr. Watkins helped develop the industry’s current service model, which provides full services at no charge More
to the trustee, and oversaw such innovations as the integration of reporting with word processing and electronic banking. In 1994, Mr. Watkins was appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees as an Associate Director. He has an undergraduate degree from Juniata College, an M.B.A from Golden State University, and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Mr. Watkins has also been approved as a mediator with the Central District of California.

Stephen V. “Steve” Coffey is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BMS. Prior to joining BMS, Mr. Coffey held a number of executive posts, including CEO of Diedrich Coffee, Inc., where he transformed the company from a retail operator of local coffeehouses to a nationally More
known wholesale distributor of branded specialty coffees. He also served as President and CEO of Edward Theatres, Inc., President of D&L Sheet Metal, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development for Del-Jen, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Coffey founded Coffey Management Company, an advisory and management services company. He received his bachelor’s degree from University of California, Irvine, and is a member of the California Bankruptcy Forum, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.

Roddy R. “Rod” Ennico serves as BMS’ Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and is responsible for overseeing finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and investor relations. Prior to joining BMS, Mr. Ennico was the senior contract project More
manager of the FDIC’s IndyMac Bank Receivership and its subsequent disposition. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ennico held executive management and finance positions at First American Trust Bank, Lehman Brothers, Nikko Securities, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Ennico concentrated on start-up and turn-around opportunities as well as managing several multi-billion portfolio positions. Mr. Ennico also spent many years at Citibank, where he headed a product development and implementation unit, and was a member of the bank’s internal turn-around team. Mr. Ennico holds an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. He was a former elected city councilman in New Jersey and former Navy Lieutenant.

represents one of the largest and experience-rich teams in the bankruptcy administration and technology marketplace. Prior to BMS, she was a Managing Director at FTI’s Corporate Finance practice. Ms. Edwards has more than 15 years of experience representing both debtors and creditors in formal bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. She holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and product marketing from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Ms. Edwards is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, as well as a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, American Bankruptcy Institute and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.

Al Brown serves as SVP New Product Development for BMS. Mr. Brown is responsible for the product strategy, technical architecture and user experiences related to next-generation business applications and solutions. Prior to joining BMS, Mr. Brown served at IBM More
as a Director and Architect where he was responsible for strategy and product management for Enterprise Content Management Emerging Standards. While at IBM, Mr. Brown focused on the development of industry solutions, acting as lead on several multi-million dollar innovative technology solutions for the energy and utility, insurance and consumer product goods industries. Prior to IBM, Mr. Brown co-founded eGrail a pioneer in the web content industry later acquired by FileNet. Al Brown led the architectural design for global customers, key product design areas and technical diligence on M&A. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado School of Mines and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Brown holds patents in Web Content Management and Enterprise Content Management segments.
